Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and is based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination.
Our website is integrated with several courier companies’ platforms, to instantly provide you with the most feasible shipping cost for your order.
At checkout, you will have one or more options to select from. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your order will be prepared, packaged, and shipped out within 5 business days unless you requested a custom-made item, then your order will be shipped out within 10 business days. Once shipped, you shall receive confirmation and tracking details.
We primarily use Canada Post for Canadian and Continental US orders, and courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) for all international orders.
Silky N Sassy does not guarantee delivery times. Canada Post’s suggested delivery time for Xpress Post is 4-6 business days and Regular Parcel is 6-8 business days. These times exclude any delays at border customs, as well as delays due to COVID.
Silky N Sassy is not responsible for customs & duty fees incurred on US & international deliveries.
