SILKY N SASSY and its associates made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. SILKY N SASSY does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, or will meet your expectations. If a product offered by SILKY N SASSY itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, as per the terms of SILKY N SASSY’s return and refund policy.

Product shades may slightly differ from the actual product colour, due to differences in monitors and screens.

All items purchased from SILKY N SASSY are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
